we stayed 4 nights and will be back when visiting australia. luxurious hotel, immaculately clean, employees are extremely well trained, and location is best possible close to public transport. light dishes can be found in the in-house restaurant.

Views are really bad.

There were brand-new, beautifully decorated rooms with view. In room WiFi and it's own balcony were available here. The pool was great and I had soft drinks in the jazz bar...

I had brand-new, beautifully presented room complete with kitchenette and free WiFi. The location was central, near trams and bus stops, the gardens and all transport, markets, shopping great staff, and there were a museum and a cinema close to the venue.

Some of the staff were appalling.

The location is perfect - in front of a train station. The room is great modern and brand-new, it comes with balconies as well as comfortable beds. The hotel staff is very responsive and competent.

It. Despite the staff's willingness to accommodate us by relocating, the second room had a malfunctioning telephone and we couldn't shake the feeling of disappointment. Previous visits were splendid, but this experience left us unsettled.

The views from the balcony were fine, and the full kitchen was super convenient. I loved the spacious layout and the cozy atmosphere. Plus, it was perfect for a romantic weekend getaway!

The spacious room was fantastic for our large family, and we loved hanging out on the balcony with beautiful views. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for us, allowing our fur babies to join the fun!

My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy .

The room was just perfect with its amazing view and the comfy bed made for great sleep. I loved unwinding by the pool and enjoyed peaceful moments in the beautiful spa area. Just a heads up, the hallway noise was a bit much at times, but it didn't ruin my excellent experience! 🏖️

The cleanliness of the shower left a lot to be desired, with some unpleasant residues present.

I loved the spaciousness of my room and the big fridge 🥳 the overall cleanliness could use improvement, especially the carpets.

While the location is convenient for tram access, the gym facilities are quite minimal, limiting workout options, and late check-out options could be more flexible. The homemade marmalade at breakfast stands out as a good touch.

This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with a cold drink during the heat. I will definitely come back for my city trip!

Had a great stay! The spacious apartment had a stunning view of the gardens, and I loved the kitchenette for late-night snacks. Just a heads up, the pillows were not very comfortable, unlike what I expected from the photos.
